	The school is located in the south part of Florence, 15 minutes by bus or cab from the train station ( bus 14). Here you will find a modern and full equipped kitchen and a wonderful cooking library. In the school is possible to organize hands-on cooking classes in the morning or in the afternoon from Monday to Friday. The class in the morning start at 10.00 a.m ( with visit at S. Ambrogio market or not) and end at 1.30-2.00 p.m. The class in the afternoon start at 4.00 p.m. (without visit at the market because is open only from 7.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.) and end at 7.30 p.m. The class include 4 recipes, the apron of the school, handouts which include the recipes of the dishes presented during the lesson and lunch or dinner with wine at the end of the class. All the prices include: V.A.T., ingredients, handouts, insurance. For individual classes the School offers only 5-hour intensive classes (2 classes in 1) at 350,00 € each. Special condition for groups.
